9400 Ocean Highway Condominium is a popular one and two bedroom oceanfront building located on the beach at 94th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City, Maryland.
Our Story
One of Ocean City's highest condominiums was built in 1974 and is a notable feature of the town's beachscape. To arrive at our beautiful building, turn left after exiting the bridge onto coastal highway, and drive a short distance to your vacation destination on 94th Street and the ocean . From Delaware we are less than five minutes from the state line. Parking is assigned, so just pull up, park, and come visit the 9400 office where you can pick up your parking and pool passes, or just say hello. We have several lounges, along with exercise room and laundry to facilitate your stay. If you need cash, there is an ATM next to the management office. Remember to ask your rental agent for WiFi passwords before you arrive. We know that you will enjoy your stay.
